Hearing that music when Batman showed up made me miss that kind of score. I really wish MCU, Xmen and previous DCEU films had a score like that. I feel like a rebooted series of a popular character should have its own identity. Elfman's score was perfect for the 80s/90s, Zimmer's score was perfect for the 00s. Zimmerman score was good, especially the Batman Begins and The Dark Knight score, which I actually went out and bought. But Williams and Elfman score gave us a memorable theme. Something that current CBM lack. Wonder Woman, Guardians and Avengers are the only ones who have something recognizable.

I like all the clips except the Wonder Woman fight one....That was awful. Meh on the Flash. Aquaman looks really cool though.

Ah, salomonj, you reminded me of something that I don't think I put into my earlier comments: Flash's costume looks awful. I mean, I think a lot of superhero costumes look silly, but... Gee, if that guy came to save me, I'd just laugh.

The six above are fine scenes...but this one is the standout. Perfectly captures Batman, Bruce Wayne, Alfred, Superman and Clark Kent in a scene that takes less than a minute. I would be amazed if this wasn't a Joss Whedon added (or at least re-written) scene.

I understand, but it simply seems--goofy, in a way, like playing dress-up. (I don't watch the Flash TV show, but from what I've seen that costume appears rather goofy to me as well.) I understand it's difficult to get around that with superheroes, but there have been films that succeeded... It's not a major criticism, only something I noticed.

Continuing a point I made earlier:
I just saw the clip below, and...
Does anyone agree with me that this movie looks awfully goofy? The brief scenes we have make it look almost exactly like a video game, and the characters move similarly not to to actors but to video-game personages. The clip caused me to experience the "uncanny valley" effect for the first time with real people rather than robots or animated characters. Dear me. I may put this one on the back-burner and take a look at Murder on the Orient Express and Thor: Ragnarok first.
