The only one I can think of is Pee Wee Herman, when he was doing his stunts on his bike while he was riding down the street in the Big Adventure movie. he was balancing on his butt with both his legs to one side while coasting down the street and then he switched to the other side. he leans too far and flips over.

there are this group of kids there. he gets up, sees the kids, straightens out his suit and says 'I meant to do that' and then rides off.
