I wouldn't say "no," to any of them. But, the Filet Mignon would be my first selection. They're melt-in-the-mouth tender, and they're usually small enough that I can finish one. I think "mignon," is "cute," ... and, I guess they are "kinda" cute.
In the butcher shop, the price per pound = OMG! But, a tiny one is satisfying (to me), and takes the price down considerably. Even at that, it's a rare treat (pun not intended, but it fits).

Too hard to tell, but the NY an Sirloin are both calling to me. Filet could be great or fat city. Also love a good flank steak.

That sirloin looks pretty tasty, but I know the filet mignon is gonna be the best, so that.

Refresh my memory, what is the difference between the T bone and the Porterhouse? It is the size of the tenderloin section that determines the steakβs name. A tenderloin section that is at least 1.25 inches across at its widest point qualifies the steak as a porterhouse. Anything between 1.24 inches and 0.51 inches makes the steak a T-bone. Porterhouse come from the sirloin end of the short loin. T-bones come from the middle-to-rib end of the loin.
