My favorite is "Conspiracy Theory" itself.
I caught the film a few years after release, and hadn't heard anything about it. I took the bait, hook line and sinker, thinking Mel was just some kind of kindly nut and nothing more.
Loved the film.

My favorite is probably Wag The Dog (1997), although it's satirical. Also...
Jacob's Ladder (1990) The Day of the Jackal (1973) Z (1969) Valkyrie (2008)

I love Conspiracy Theory, because Mel Gibson played the best conspiracy theorist ever. Even if his character was over the top, he never overplayed his part. Anyway, my favorite movie is the old The Manchurian Candidate, because it has more informations that any other movie.

JFK. It's the Citizen Kane of conspiracy flicks. I like JFK, but it has a problem. Stone was too cautious and never switched his movie to the 5th gear.

Yeah, it's awesome. Before Snowden people thought that it was just science fiction.

I like JFK, but it has a problem. Stone was too cautious and never switched his movie to the 5th gear. What would that look like? It would look more straight forward about the conspiracy theories surrounding the assassination of JFK.

I like The Pelican Brief even though it is a bit outdated nowadays.
