Either the mother or the older brother. NOT the dad nor a stranger.

I think it was a failed kidnapping and/or ransom attempt by a family member or a pedophile. Apparently the neighborhood they lived in had a number of them living nearby.

The mother or the brother. No, I don't believe so. Why do you seem to think so? Because most experts (professional experts) do and it makes the MOST sense. There have been a number of tv-shows with these experts and they've come to the conclusion that it was either the mother or the brother. They've also DISCREDITED all theories of an intruder doing it. There was this one guy (who's dead now) who said it was an intruder, but his theory has also since then been DISCREDITED as well.

Okay then, what motive would the mother or the brother have for killing her then? JonBenet did something stupid that made one of them kill her. Such as wetting her bed if the mother did it, or messing with the brother's food if he did it. Then the three: father, mother and son covered-it-up.

I would actually think that the mother would be absolutely proud of her beauty queen little girl, who would have gone on to become a child star.

According to the experts, either the mother or the brother snapped and killed her. ALL and I do mean ALL intruder theories have been DISCOUNTED and DISCREDITED. These experts were all on various tv-shows celebrating the twentieth-anniversary of the murder. And IF they say it was more or most-likely either the mother or the brother and NOT an intruder then that's what I'm going with.

brother. 1: and this is relatively new information/proof... during the 911 call right before patsy hung up she is heard saying [to someone else] what did you do? who is she talking to?
and the mother covered it up...
nearly everything that was used to 'do damage' to jonBenet were a: found in the ramsey home and b: were bought by patsy within the few days or so before. could be just coincidence -- I keep duct tape in the house at all times, but the duct tape she bought was the duct tape that was used [apparently].
the ransom note was written on a pad that the ramsey owned. it was written in the ramsey house. it was three pages long and quoted movies like dirty harry and ransom. so some killer sat down in their kitchen and thought about what to write in this note? really? what was the point of a ransom note if they just killed her? what would the ransom want in exchange for 118 thousand dollars.
118 thousand dollars... wow, what an INTERESTING number. how could ANYONE come to that number? the exact amount of mr ramsey's christmas/whatever bonus? HOW EXACT!
and handwriting experts think patsy wrote the freaking note.
and there is the pineapple that jonbenet ate. the police found the bowl with pineapple still in it and brother's and mother's fingerprints were on it.
brother by accident and mother covered it up.

Then the three: father, mother and son covered-it-up.yeah and the brother apparently was whacko. like he would take a shit and then put it in her bed to get her in trouble with the maid and her mother. linksure it's The Sun but who cares! it actually makes a lot of sense. and there is that sick assed smirk he has in that picture.
