Anyone else here do these?
I've done the original P90X and some of the updates.
This year, I'm doing T25, and may do P90X3 or Insanity Max 30 after.
I like the workout plans as they're sustainable and it helps me from aging too quickly. lol

I am thinking of ordering the simply fit board and I am wondering if anyone else has any experience of using it? It originally got its kickstart through Shark tank.

I used to do P90X all the time, though I admit to never actually doing it 6 days a week, but my body has broken down the last couple years. I still work out, but not like I used to. I am thinking about checking out Core De Force. I think it looks fun.

I am thinking about checking out Core De Force. I think it looks fun. The original P90X was good, but it was hard to sustain. It was pretty much 2 hours of your day every day. I was never able to keep it up after I did the full first 90 days. The newer Beachbody workouts they have might not get results as fast, but they're definitely more sustainable over long periods of time. 30-40 minutes a day is something I can do long-term. If you try Core De Force, let me know what you think of it....

But I read some reviews and they're very mixed, there are several people who say 'I'm less than half the 400 pound limit and the board cracked when I was using it'. If they could figure out what's going wrong and modify it, then I might try it, but I'm not willing to spend $40 on something that would then very likely crack with me using it since I'm over the halfway point to the 400 pound weight limit.

It still worked just fine if you did it at your own pace (I was a four day a week man). Will do. I'm definitely interested in it.

I was a pretty dedicated weight lifter for years, so I didn't have trouble sticking to my own schedule. But even as someone who worked out regularly, I just couldn't handle six days a week. Maybe if I was independently wealthy and didn't have to work (and had more free time), but no way I'm doing that with a job.

I have read many mixed reviews, too, and I am not quite sure whom to believe. Although when I watched them (the founders) advertise the board on QVC, it looked pretty awesome. If it breaks in two, it must be possible to get a refund, right?
