This is really difficult. My favourite Floyd tracks span more than three albums! I went for The Wall, A Momentary Lapse of Reason and The Division Bell. I would have liked to include Wish You Were Here and The Dark Side of the Moon though but can't and if i had to choose only one Pink Floyd album to listen to for the rest of my life it would be Pulse. It has the best Comfortably Numb solo on it

I can't decide on a third, but I adore The Final Cut & The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn. It's therefore no surprise that Roger Waters and Syd Barrett are tied as my favorite singer/songwriter in the band. Though these two albums are very different from each other, they are both so very powerful in their own way.
"Y'know, I've noticed an infestation here. Everywhere I look, in fact. Nothing but undeveloped, unevolved, barely conscious pond scum, totally convinced of their own superiority as they scurry about their short pointless lives. "
Everyone to their own taste said the old lady as she kissed the cow, but in my opinion Water's politics became WAY too prevalent after Wish You Where Here. The three I mentioned just had this great melodic flow to them. Suppose I'm more for Gilmour's smooth as glass soloing.
