The Cured What is that Movie about and is it any good ?
I am a Fan of Ellen Page which is why I am asking.
As mszanadu mentioned, it is a type of zombie film. But a bit more thought-provoking as to what the consequences might be if there was a cure.
I enjoyed it -- I found the premise of the film quite intriguing. It is rather a "slow burn" of a film. Definitely worth seeing if you're a fan of Ellen Page as she is excellent in this. I had just recently seen Tom Vaughan-Lawlor in "Maze" and he has a rather creepy vibe here, even in his stillness.

IMPO - This scene almost seems to strangely mirror the one from the movie - Creepshow from 1982 .
wow creepshow. I really enjoyed that one at the time. I haven’t seen it since back then and I clicked on the Wikipedia link you posted and I was surprised to see the stars they had because I didn’t remember seeing them in it. I kinda liked the format of 5 separate stories. Similar to the twilight zone which was 4?
I totally agree with you here Jay
are definitely quality anthology films for it's time ( and I also have both of these on DVD too - so worth it ! IMPO ) .
The other Anthology Films
of around that time that I have enjoyed
( and also have on DVD too ) .
Thanks so much Jay for your interest
in these films and for your reply here too .

Inglourious Basterds (2009) Good Movie!
Definitely 1 of Quentin Tarantino's Best.
I Hated Diane Kruger's Death Scene though, Too Disturbing for me!

THE ICE STORM. So depressing. The only aspect of the film I found depressing was the freak death of the young lad who went out to enjoy the effects of the ice storm. The rest of it left me... untouched.

On a film currently in theatres, or even a new release on DVD, I can understand... But on a film that's over 20 years old? No... And I mean this sincerely, or Darth Vader's not Luke Skywalker's father and Spock doesn't come back from the dead...

Just tried to watch this. The pacing & editing put me off. I see what you mean by slow burn.
