In every Sci-Fi movie I've watched, the roles are three or four male scientists and then the proverbial young woman who's always the daughter of a well-known scientist.
Has this EVER changed?

There are literally thousands of science fiction movies that don't follow that formula.

Yeah, what xystophoros said. It's not a bad formula, though! The scientist's daughter represents the amazing future fruits of science that the best of the male heroes (representing reason and ingenuity) has to win. It's an evergreen idea, universally strong in endless variations!

heeeyyy, no offense intended, but when was the last time you saw a science fiction movie? What you describe hasn't been a formula SINCE the 50's. 2001 A Space Odyssey pretty much got rid of any formulas in sci-fi and that was in the sixties.
