Keaton is great and I know it's a controversial opinion but he doesn't own the role in my opinion. On repeated viewings Bale goes overboard with the voice, but he's an A* Bruce Wayne. I actually think Affleck is the more grounded Batman, it's just that the films have been a bit poor. In an ideal world the perfect Batman is Christian Bale with Ben Affleck's voice.

Both Clooney and Kilmer were worse than Keaton.

No I'm not an ignorant Hillary voter. Back on subject: who is the worst? Keaton or Affleck? Maybe not, but you're acting exactly like one. Therefore, I will not give you what you want. There's an ANTIFA membership card out there somewhere with your name on it. Better hurry up and grab it. Ha ha, this clown. ^ Get to your safe space, champ.

Obviously you are in need of a Keaton and Affleck free safe space. Nice try, maybe you would have better luck working for George Soros. Seems about your speed.

Since when did Michael Keaton's Batman become a joke? True, his casting was criticized by fans, but after watching the movie, at least most of them (from what I've read) became more positive about it. It's the same with Affleck. None of them were technically bad. They are both different interpretations of Batman. Affleck's Batman reflects the world weary version of Frank Miller while Keaton's is attributed to the Batman of Bob Kane and Bill Finger.
As for the thread, he's not listed, but George Clooney is the worst live-action actor to play Batman (at least to me). He did not follow what has become a tradition held by previous actors to change his voice when he's Batman. He looked bored and disinterested throughout the film. And wozzlewuzzle, I remember you from IMDb and you haven't changed a bit. You still act like you speak for all fans and become dismissive of anyone who disagrees. I wish you would be more respectful, but you won't.

I'm sure you constantly remind people how so many different people live there as if that somehow makes you some better, tolerant person. You guys did vote for Hillary after all based around race, sexuality, and all the other crap you guys fall for. I'm sure you're a busy man though so I'll let you get back to wearing a vagina on your head and protesting for women's rights that they already have.

Clooney is the worst Batman, for me, by far. And his film is easily the worst Batman movie. It's the only one I can't bring myself to watch again. I agree with the other posters, polls like this need to include all the portrayals, not just the ones the OP doesn't like. Besides, everyone knows Val Kilmer was the second-worst Batman, so Affleck and Keaton don't even factor in.

Out of the two worst Batman portrayals to ever occur, who do you think is worse? Both are a joke, both made fans angry when the casting was announced, both are terrible in their films and Batman couldn't be taken seriously on screen with either actor. Who do you think is actually the worst out of the two most horrible Batman actors? Neither one of those two were even close. George Clooney. But not because of him. Because of the movie.

I wish you would be more respectful, but you won't. I have noticed that somewhere in the last several years it has become fashionable to criticize things that are virtually universally praised: Michael Keaton's Batman, Sam Raimi's Spiderman movies, the original Star Wars trilogy, etc. I think that it is people who grew up in bad movies (prequels, Amazing Spiderman, etc.) lashing out at criticism towards something they like. The newer versions, sequels, etc. are generally panned, but they like them, so they lash out at originals.

Only ones saying he's great are the clowns who saw Burtons terrible Batman movie when they were 9 year olds. So you'll have to excuse the rest of us when we don't judge an actors merit based on what some damn 9 year old kids thought. Face it punk, Keaton was terrible.
