Cult far-out sci-fi classic. Let's face it: this is the only movie in which you'll see a submarine attacked by white blood cells. "Archer" parodied it a couple of seasons ago.

Some of the FX are rather dated. Been wanting to watch it again sometime.
Donald Pleasence has some of the best death scenes. In the Mutations he gets killed by a plant man.

8/10 Good old fun. The effects might be ancient, but that's part of it's charm. By the way, the animated series:

I thought it was going to be a silly film but it turned out to be a very smart film with some amazing effects. 9/10

Great film, but slightly let down by having them leave the submarine inside the guys head. Which makes no sense.
