Don't particularly dislike any of them, but none of them really excite me either. Gave it to Radiohead.

Of the three Depeche Mode are easily the best live
Depeche Mode come out on top for their music as well, although Radiohead's The Bends is one of my all time favourite albums.

Depeche Mode. Violator is one of the best albums of all time. There isn't a single track that is filler. The entire album is tight and well constructed. Flood was a brilliant producer. Some of their newer stuff isn't all that great, but from time to time they still put together some good material (Playing the Angel was a very good more modern effort). Other excellent albums is Music for the Masses and Songs of Faith and Devotion. From the late 1980's to Dave Gahan's struggle with heroin, there were some very solid albums released. I've been to almost every tour (missed the most recent one) they've peformed since Faith and Devotion.
I like U2 but they aren't in the same league. The Joshua Tree and Achtung Baby (Flood produced that too) of course were very well done albums but so much of what they've done is filler. Radiohead puts me to sleep.

Of the three Depeche Mode are easily the best live Depeche Mode come out on top for their music as well, although Radiohead's The Bends is one of my all time favourite albums. I saw all three live last year & I have to say the U2 show from CenturyLink Field in Seattle was definitely one of the best shows I seen. Depeche Mode is great live too. And Radiohead puts up a really good show as well but they're definitely more mellow & aloof compared to the other two. They just pretty much perform, do their thing & rarely interact with the audience.

None of Radiohead's music moves me at all. I find it all bland and nondescript.
