Why does IMDB have their scoring up when the movie won't even be released til the 15th? The DCEU trolls who wanted to sabotage BP on RT are trying another way.

Sadly, we all know that ‘Fifty Shades Freed’ has a higher chance of Best Picture nomination since it has more “drama” in it. Actually, judging by the reviews, Black Panther also plays like a serious spy thriller with a powerful message about social society. Similar to Get Out last year. Yeah, but Oscar judges would probably ignore that and only look at the film at face value.

Holy shit, the reviews are incredible. I mean, I was expecting it to be good, but not 88 on Metacritic good. Current reviewws: 100% on Rotten Tomatoes (8.6/10 avg rating - based on 45 reviews - #1 best MCU movie) 88/100 on Metacritic (20 reviews - #3 best movie of 2018 so far - #1 best MCU movie) Did you expect anything different, pretty sure no critic will give it a bad review and then being accused of racism--RT AUdience Score will be more revealing--TLJ 95% RT Critics but only 48% RT Audience---and the IMDB score on Black Panther is a mediocre 7.3 right now Imdb already had hundreds of scores before the movie even released. Imdb scoring is no dependable metric.

Neither is the Rotten Tomatoes audience score... It's better than IMDB. That's not saying much... And it's only better because RT doesn't let you vote before the movie is wide released. However, both suffer for the same issues that make them useless. By the way, imdb voting system is more known than RT. Just see the 308,000 votes for TLJ on IMdB against the 182,000 on RT.

The rating will go up when people actually see it.

People need to give the same respect for black panther like they did with wonder woman.
yes, the first female superhero movie and first black male superhero does matter today and will never be judge like a movie with white males.

Great reviews so far, but I'm still cautious. I don't trust critics the way I used to.
Still, if these reviews are to be trusted, then I'm excited.

Hahaha. What a story, summers8. story? no. I have said it from the onset. look at my past comments. I have hardly ever discussed wonder woman or black panther for good reasons.

Which is a shame because movies should be reviewed without the bias of political agendas.

You're just trying to save face so you won't come off as a racist, truth is you hate this film merely because it's an MCU film that won't sell out.
