I was just thinking the other day about the movie "Locke" with Tom Hardy in it. Such an underrated movie. Not only is the overall message interesting, but the performance by Tom Hardy was amazing. Didn't know if anyone else has seen it? But I thought it was a good movie to recommend. It's only 1hr 25min, so a quick watch. If anyone watches it, let me know what you think!

We presented it in our local arthouse cinema some years ago.
Good movie!
Though there doesn't happen much (on the surface) and over 90% it's inside a car they managed to make it a cinema experience (no popcorn cinema, though). There is this ongoing tension how all the requirements in daily life can get a working person down.

Saw it at the theater on release. It was good and worked because of Hardy's performance.

saw it a couple of years ago, and I love it. How can you love it if you saw it a couple of years ago? Because I watched it and immediately felt it was great, and I watched it about 2 times within that following week and still thought it was something very well made.

Seems like everyone that see's it likes the movie. I just don't know many people that talk about the movie... I think it's Hardy's best. He literally had to carry the entire movie through phone conversations. Good stuff.
I thought the overall message was interesting: One mistake in your life can change it forever.

Him and Tom Hardy worked well off of each other. I haven't seen Bronson yet. But it's at the top of my watch list.

Thank you, it sounds interesting. There's nothing that I've seen with Tom Hardy in it that I haven't liked and I never watched this one, so I'll put it on my list.

It's an enjoyable, if slight, film carried by Hardy's considerable charisma. I did find his accent a little distracting - there was no reason, it seemed to me, to make the character Welsh (the location, script and casting of his family did not require it) and I do wish he had played the character using his own accent. But it's a solid little film. 6/10

Liked it. Felt like a bit of a sister movie to Buried.
