Years back I worked in Security and I was patrolling this old bank. I was walking along the mezzanine level not spooked or anything of the sort when all of a sudden I just couldn't bring myself to walk forward anymore. It was like something didn't want me to go any further. I tried shaking myself out of this feeling but just couldn't. The really weird thing is that it wasn't 3am or anything like that either. It was around 5:30 pm and light in the building.
I had a few of those sorts of experiences doing patrols but that was the spookiest as I couldn't put it down to being tired or it being dark etc

Getting raped during my sleep paralysis. Not even trolling.

Well I've never had anything paranormal happen to me... but...
One day during the winter I was going to work which was not far away. But I came upon a Stop Sign Railroad Crossing. I attempted to stop...
But I quickly discovered that I was on some "black" ice, and I just started sliding, and I slid right onto the tracks... Then I looked to my left... And there was a train coming right at me.
I quickly thought to myself... I could continue braking, and risk actually stopping dead on the tracks and have the train hit me...or...I could hit the gas, and hope that I would make it across... I hit the gas!
I managed to get to the other side without incident, but as soon as I knew I was clear, I looked in the rear view mirror... and saw the train speeding past the road... I was lucky!
I was scared and shaking the rest of the way to work and for about a half hour after that.
People please, taking any kind of railroad crossings seriously... Playing chicken with trains is not worth it dying for! And yes, YOU WILL LOSE if a train hits you!
Stop (if there is no ice)
Look & Listen! (Remember that rain & weather can affect what you see & hear)
And Live!

Just to be clear, I was sexually assulted by one of the "demons" in my sleep paralysis. Not an actual person. Still though, it was freaky as f***.

Seeing poisonous snakes while hiking? A bad trip? I don't know. Nothing very scary has happened to me. Or maybe I just don't get scared very easily. Or I just have a really bad memory. Something.

I'm so glad you made it through safely. I'd like to think that something gently pushed you to safety. I always get comforted by the idea of something protecting us from harm.

Assuming you mean out of the ordinary unexplainable scared, not car or motorbike accidents, that kind of scared...
I have never had a 'paranormal' experience...
However, I have done a lot of mountain walking, climbing, and wild camping, often solo...
Of all the places I have walked, camped, dossed...
Dartmoor, at night, or sometimes in the daytime when the sea fog rolls in, has the capacity to make you check over shoulder, the hairs on the back of your neck stand up, and you realise you are listening for something unseen hyper-intensely...

You can't really move at all because your body is still asleep, despite the fact that you're mentally awake.

About three years ago I was cycling back to home from my ex-girlfriend. It was already dark and a there was a little bit of rain. First of all I saw something white in the left corner of my eye, but when I looked it was just a white curtain. But I swear it was somebody, have me chills. Then later, outside the village, I saw another cyclists red back light flickering far away and mentioned he stopped. When I looked away and bank, the light was gone. This happened like 3 times on the one-hour trip. Every time, like a minute later I could spot the red light again. But than, I got close to "him". Looked like an old man wearing a head. I went passed him and when I looked back 20 seconds later, he was gone.

That is one of the worst feelings, to feel like you're followed or that something is watching you.

When I was a child, my cousins and I were playing hide and seek in my house. I thought I heard one of my cousins go into the basement. Behind the door to the laundry room, I saw my cousin's hand wave to me to follow her. Only she wasn't there and all my cousins were hiding upstairs.

Ai that must have been scary. It's pretty similar actually, people appearing and disappearing. Guess these kind of things happen quite ofter but most of the time we just don't notice it

I try not to pay attention. I live alone now so it's important to not be scared
