Well we've all seen JLaw's naked booty a few years ago anyway. And take jizz to the face.

Black Panther is losing a bit of it's legs. When the trend line is at the bottom it has bad legs. If at the top good legs. Pretty sure this weekend will push it back toward the top but one never knows. Also we have Japan and China to look forward too. The Numbers Graph

With how much money this movie has made, Guardians of the Galaxy 2 making almost $390 million, Spider-man Homecoming and Thor Ragnarok making over over $300 million and Iron Man 4 making over $400 million.... Civil Wars gross was actually kinda disappointing. Iron Man 4?

Iron Man 3. Somehow that movie, even though it was considered disappointing to some actually made more money than Civil War despite it practically being an Avengers movie and debuting Spider-man and Black Panther.
Even worse that Civil War actually opened higher than Iron Man 3 but still made less.
It also had the worse legs of all the MCU movies to date.

Deadline has Black Panther at $60-$63M for it's third week at number 1. They also said BP has out done every estimate to date, so $70-$75 is not out of the question. It has a chance at half a billion domestically by Sunday. Deadline

Do you think Black Panther has enough left in the tank to beat Justice Leagues total Worldwide Gross with just it's domestic. BP will probably be at $500m by Monday. Justice leagues total world wide is $655m.

just realized this probably should in the box office thread. The only reason I ask is that Jurassic World finished at $653m domestic. Justice Leagues total worldwide was $655m. On BP 13 day it's domestic is $428M and Jurassic World on it's 13 day $436M. Jurassic World had the benefit of summer week day traffic. BP has to grind out during the week and make it up on the week end. IF BP makes it to $500M Sunday it's 17th day then it would be a virtual tie with Jurassic World. It's 17 day was $500,373,390.

Deadline day $60-63 million for the weekend but chances are they're underestimating it again. It'll probably be over $500 million by Sunday.

Went to a packed matinee this morning - it was filled to at least 75% capacity - maybe more. I was thinking it would under perform this weekend, now Iโm not so sure. They did pull it from some IMAX 2D screens though.

Now they're saying $62.6 million so it hasn't moved outside that earlier range just yet, if at all.

Seems to be at $502 million domestically. That's inbetween Jurassic World and Star Wars 8 at the same point.

At $897,705,037 with $501M domestic. Still on pace with Jurassic World. Black Panther $501,105,037 domestic in 17 days. Jurassic World $500,373,390 in 17 days. Jurassic World was during the summer so it's weekday totals are more than Black Panther, but Black Panther's Weekend totals are bigger. Sorry scabab basically just said same thing. Didn't see your post until after posting. Graph comparing the Two

Based on the numbers so far the model I use gives box-office figures of 1.234 billion dollars worldwide (689M domestic, 545M foreign) if the conditions remain this optimal. Even is its legs don't turn out to be that good I think we're at least looking at 1.1 billion. In the best case scenario 689M domestic would be the 3rd best of all-time and 545M foreign would be the 57th highest foreign gross of all-time. This calculation doesn't take into account that it hasn't opened in some countries yet, so the foreign gross may be higher. 1.234 billion would be the 13th highest box-office of all-time (worldwide).

Needs $103 million more to reach $1 billion. It'll probably make that amount just from the domestic gross alone. This has a great chance of out grossing Civil War.
