this thread is going to describe in detail how to recognize evil and psychopathology.
apparently many people, including law enforcement, FBI and so called intelligence agencies
are unable to distinguish predatory, dangerous and terrorist individuals
by their behavioral characteristics. it is my hope this type of information (about specific individuals) can be shared with
law enforcement and the FBI in a national database to allow a timely response
to Known Dangerous Warning Signs. perhaps Then we will be safe from
the mentally unstable and the
TRULY EVIL.

They already have a National Database where this information is available to law enforcement agencies. Behavioral Analysis is based on four things: genetics, brain chemistry, psychology and environment. These are quantifiable, and lead to a criminal profile of any given offender. However, they cannot detain or incarcerate someone without sufficient cause, usually determined by a judge who can issue a warrant, until the suspect has actually committed a crime and they have evidence of that crime. You know, that whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing. They can be held on suspicion, but there is a time limit on that. "Evil" is not some trans-historical force that organizes life on a dark or nefarious standard. The word 'evil' is an adjective, and is a great intensifier when used to describe a criminal act. But looking at the psychological profile of a specific person can show that there were environmental issues - an abusive childhood - that can exacerbate a genetic predisposition to bad behavior, or substance abuse, or other negative influences. Schizophrenia, damage to brain tissue, and a host of other causes can contribute to aberrant criminal behavior. But no, "the Devil doesn't make people do bad things". That is a childish 'boogeyman' scenario. Grow up. Science has real answers to questions that were a mystery a few hundred years ago. That's wishful thinking. And shows a lack of savvy and experience in the world. I've been around evil enough to know that it needs no motivation. For example, the terrorists who claim to be Muslims in order to do terror, they just want an excuse to do terror. History proves this, dating back to the illogical excuses of middle age inquisitions. Even corporate greed isn't the real reason that executives keep down the lowly masses. They use "corporate greed" as an excuse to be sadistic to whomever they want to play God with. I've seen this in meetings with big shots, in Louisville street gangs, in the military, in work, everywhere. Again, if you've actually paid attention to reality, you'd know this. Even those who claim to be diagnosed psychopaths (I'm sure most who claim this are diagnosed as such), use the diagnosis as an excuse to be sadistic. "To one who has faith, no explanation is necessary. To one without faith, no explanation is possible." - St. Thomas Aquinas so even with stuff like that out there, you continue to reject it and claim there is no evidence whatsoever. but it's in your own interest not to reject God and His commandments as where you spend your eternity depends on it. but since God gives us all free will, He's not going to force you to follow Him as it must be done a as a free choice from us. but given who God is, our enteral happiness depends on Him so it's pointless/stupid to reject Him as there are simply no alternatives.
