Of all the mother characters on TV during the 1990s, which is your favourite?
Note: I go by the username Thor-Delta on IMDb. You may also know me as ConnectFour.

Peggy Bundy! She couldn't cook, vacuum or sew, but she could sit a damn fine couch. :-D

I don't like to think about Bill Cosby these days, but Claire Huxtable (Phylicia Rashad) is still my favorite tv mom from the '90's. I know the show started in the 80's but it was still on in the early '90s. So, she was the number one tv mom for me.

Debra from Everybody Loves Raymond. Complete MILF . No way she'd still be married to an oaf like Romano irl.

She was firm, but loving and tolerated no nonsense from me or my sister or any other kid that came near her.

Didi Pickles (Rugrats) Harriet Winslow (Family Matters) Vivian Banks (Fresh Prince) Lisa Lansley (Sister Sister) You stole my answer, though it's actually Lisa Landry. She was a fun mom, a cool mom, and could put her foot down well and hard when she had to, but she was also very understanding.
