Da composer of da SW theme and musics? Meesa thinks dat Williams is in denial. Which is totally understandable. But hims is not in da loop anymore like when George was in charge. Hims hasn't accepted yet dat da Disney PTB (powers that be) have thems heads up a bantha's butt when it comes to making SW. Williams will be forced to accept it after episode IX. Along with da rest still in denial and makin half-baked fanfic excuses for what's happened so far.

I agree with him. I don't accept anything that happened in TLJ.

Meh. Who gives a shit at this point? TPTB certainly don't. It seems the only thing that they care about is turning SW into another franchise exclusively loved by traditional Disney fans. Screw the established fanbase!

uh, quote please?
Also, I do not care for any explanation of Rey's parents. Any attempt to link her to established VIPs shrinks the universe and dumbs it down further.
Only saving grace would be to come up with an interesting backstory that impacts Rey character development (if she has any). In Rebels they did just that (soundly) by resolving the missing parents mystery and the Emperor using it to seduce Ezra.

Severely hope this is just marketing hyperbole to spin the public perception of characters.

You're just afraid of women! yup, this is what they probably say to all the unsold plastic action figures of Rose, Rey and Admiral Hondo before they bury them on the garbage ground next to the E.T. Atari-game modules.
