This is a strange situation: "Bod" aired 1975 on the BBC, as a 15-minute animated kids show. It consisted of two sections, by two different production companies: the opening 5 minutes was "Bod" itself (produced by Bodfilms), the remaining 10 minutes was a mix of BBC-produced bits including "Snap" and "Alberto Frog".
At some point in the early 1990s, the BBC junked most of their videotapes of the series (yes, the BBC was still throwing out video-tapes then). So while the Bodfilms-produced opening 5 minutes exists for every episode, most of the episodes are missing the BBC-produced material.
Nevertheless, the surviving material is on DVD. It is still watchable, as the opening 5 minutes is mostly separate to the rest of the show.
As mentioned in the title of this thread, this series also aired on early U.S. cable. Per Wikipedia, it was shown on Nickelodeon (presumably the opening 5 minutes only....I suspect the BBC-produced part of the show was too British for American viewers).
Note: I watched this series (or what is left of it) last year. Cute show, it relaxed me....

I have to say, I used to enjoy Bod very much. Relaxing. I remember my favourite one, 'Bod's Dream'.
