Anyone else remember and love the old In Search Of... program with Leonard Nimoy hosting? The pilots with Rod Serling narrating were great as well. Any favorite episodes here?
I remember one that was really creepy was the one regarding the Bermuda Triangle when they had a random phone caller talk about some menacing and scary stuff.
The one regarding Troy was great as well. I particularly liked the ones talking about Biblical events like Sodom and Gomorrah, the Flood, etc.
Funny sidenote is that Nimoy's clothes were all picked out by his then wife. No wonder he's so styling for the late 1970's!

I also loved this show. Mr. Nimoy did a fantastic job as host/narrator.

Yeah I watched it.
Nimoy also hosted A&E's Ancient Mysteries in the 90s.

Only saw one episode, and it was the one about the Loch Ness Monster.

I liked the episode about the pyramids in Mexico. I also liked the one about the Aztecs, and the one about Count St Germain. I've seen several of the other episodes but I vaguely remember what they were about.

Leonard Nimoy was one of the best narrators ever. He had the perfect voice.
And yes, In Search Of was creepy when you were a kid, with that weird synth music and Nimoy's voice.

Narrator AND host. JUST a narrator IS always off-screen (NEVER shown). He was shown and THUS is also a host.

I wasn't only referring to In Search Of, but also his narration of various History Channel documentaries. He was a fantastic narrator.

The entire series can be purchased on Amazon for less than $20. They haven't done much to clean it up and no special features but that's still a bargain.
