No. He is definitely not one of the writers for the show and I think the reason they kept him around for so long was 'cause Marc and Wendy liked the actor and didn't want to get rid of him after they killed Laurel off and had Sara leave and join the cast of 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' but I think he was just hanging around most of the time as a background character who was there to be there and after Laurel died he didn't really have much of a purpose on the show. They tried to give him a purpose by pairing him up with Thea in Season 5 but I don't think that went the way they planned and the actress who played Thea was busy working on another show at the time so what could have been more of a longer storyline was dropped and then they put him with Black Siren this season. Amy Jackson will be back and I know for a fact she is going to appear in the final episode. She better be back. What kind of show gets rid of the best thing it has going? The show is so boring without her it is almost like watching that lame Spider Turd movie. Don't worry. I have seen the pictures of the final episode and a trailer for it and both Saturn Girl and Braniac 5 return. I think it must get to a point where they are outnumbered and Mon El contacts them and asks them to come back and help 'cause I can't see any other reason for them to return. What is really interesting is Amy has told fans she is going to be in the next season so I am curious to how they have her (and possibly Braniac 5) stay around. My guess is they come back to help and get stuck here and can't go back to the future. Hopefully they use this to give her the red and white costume and make her Saturn Girl!!

This kind of show, that's who! And I hope for your sake that your Spider Turd comment was aimed at the Andrew Garfield movies. otherwise we will be having words! Sorry but Beccy definitely means 'Homecoming' but if it makes you feel any better she thought 'The Amazing Spider-Man' movies were shit too and only likes the Sam Rami movies 'cause she thinks Kirsten Dunst is hot.

Well Kirsten Dunst is hot. And the Spider-Man films after Raimi's have not done a good job finding a leading lady to fill her shoes.

Emma Stone isn't a bad actress but I wasn't particularly a fan of the version of Gwen Stacy they had in 'The Amazing Spider-Man' or those movies in general and I like Gwen more as SpiderGwen and hope the next time we see Gwen Stacy on screen is as SpiderGwen especially with it being one of Marvel's biggest sellers now. Last month SpiderGwen was Marvel's third biggest selling solo series under Spider-Man. SpiderGwen is on fire!!

Emma Stone would have made a better Mary Jan Watson. She was sadly wasted in the Amazing Spider-Man films.
BTW, SpiderGwen is going to be in a movie later this year. Looks good.

She returned alright for 5 fucking minutes and they didn't even say goodbye to her. It was a blink and you'll miss it appearance because they were too busy showing Winn leaving. Did anybody say goodbye to Imra? How insulting was that?

I couldn't believe they only had her in the show for that short amount of time and when they left they didn't show her saying goodbye or getting on the ship and I am left wondering if Imra even got on the ship now or she stayed behind 'cause it wouldn't be hard for the writers to change it and say she stayed behind with Braniac 5 'cause we didn't see her go. Hopefully Amy goes on to bigger things and gets leading roles in TV shows. She could be a good choice to play Zatanna on the DC Online Streaming Service or another superhero in a movie or TV show that they don't mess up.

So what was the major death we were promised, was it random DEO guy, was it Reign after she separated from Sam, was it J'ohn's reoccurring gust star father introduce only this season, or was it J'ohn, Momma-El. & Mon-El all dying for 30 seconds before time resetting?
I call bullshit on this thread utter bullshit...I hate the CW and their lies.

There was no major death this season unless you count the random DEO guy as you mentioned and he by no means was a big character and I am wondering if maybe they originally intended to kill Winn off and that was going to be the big death but then they decided to have him go away instead so they can bring the actor back every now and then. That seems like the most likely one to me. Wait...They did kill a lot of characters off in the final episode but then they had Supergirl go back in time and reverse it.

I have heard about that movie and I will be seeing it when it comes out but I hadn't seen the official trailer so thank you for posting that.

Yeah that makes the most sense, but god I wiah CW would keep a tighter reign on their people, tell them to stop making announcements when it's not finalised, or tell them no fuck you, you made this announcement you need to live with it, all they do by allowing constant bullshit being spouted, and not misleads but actual talking bollocks is decrease their credibility to the point when no one will give a fuck about what is said because the producers/show runners statements will be no better than our own because it'll all just be wishful thinking.

Yeah. This thread currently rules the board. I can't believe how big it has got compared to other threads on here and you are right, it goes to show people are interested in seeing characters die and the 'Arrowverse' writers should get the message and kill off more characters and everybody will be happy.

I agree. It would be better if the CW Network took more charge of the people who worked on their shows and told them not to make announcements like that so early 'cause they are misleading to the fans but then again, we had the actual showrunner, Marc Guggenheim saying in interviews late last year The Huntress and Ragman were going to return for the second half of Season 6 and they were nowhere to be seen. It is hard to believe anything they say when they do things like that and it is like they just come out with things like that sometimes to trick the fans into watching 'cause they know there are people that want to see those characters again. If Warner Bros blocked them from using The Huntress 'cause of 'Birds of Prey' it would make sense but Ragman makes no sense unless we are getting a 'Ragman' movie.

Can you blame them when most of the characters suck? We need more deaths on these shows to keep them entertaining. Let’s do things the old fashioned way and put some names inside a hat and choose what character is going to face a gruesome death next.

If the characters were good people wouldn't want to see them get killed off so often but the 'Arrowverse' shows often suffer from good writing which causes characters that could be good under better writers to suffer and become disliked and the Black Canary in 'Arrow' is the perfect example of that and if they had handled her correctly from the start 'Arrow' would be very different now but we saw that happened there. Since they have killed off a lot of major characters in 'Arrow' and 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' and they have wrote Winn, Mon El, Lucy Lane and Maggie out of 'Supergirl' I think the next major death will be on 'The Flash' and it will ether be Joe, Harry, Wally or Cisco. I could see it being Wally since the actor walked out of 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' and they might have him come back for an episode next season and get killed off which would explain why he isn't a regular on 'DC's Legends of Tomorrow' next season. It would also free 'Titans' up to use him.
