I'm between books at the moment. My next one might be another John D. MacDonald.

Season 8 of Game of Thrones is still far into the future, so I started reading A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin. Fantastic book so far.

"Petals on the Wind", V.C. Andrews' sequel to "Flowers in the Attic". It's cheesy as I expected, but it's still pretty entertaining.

Desperation by Stephen King. I read that just a couple of years ago. I found it ok, not one of my favorites by him but not bad either. I am currently reading the King novel "The Stand".
