"Not just money...a gigantic PILE of money". Would you let some Hollywood slimebag grope you for a pile of money? Hmmmm I wonder how much money is in a gigantic pile? As wide as Ray Winstone can stretch his arms, since that's his line from KotCS.

Well, first I don't understand the logic behind gender swaps. I'm all for a great adventure movie with a woman in the lead- but why does it have to be a replacement for Indy? Can't Hollywood actually create a NEW character instead?
And second, the phrase Next Indy May Have Boobs didn't make me think of a woman. It just made me think that the next Indy might just be a morbidly obese man.

Can't Hollywood actually create a NEW character instead? New characters take time and money. Both of which may be wasted if the movie featuring a new character flops whether with critics, the box office or both. And these days, people are not seeing original films (in America anyway) like they used to. Even sequels to films people remember are not a safe bet anymore.

Instead of trying so fucking hard to virtue signal all the time why didn't ANYONE in Hollywood try and stop the countless assaults on women and children from all their scumbag pals? Spielberg must be afraid some of his victims are thinking of coming forward so he's showing he supports women just in case. Has he even said anything about Weinstein yet???

I have to laugh, it just shows how tone deafpeople are when they keep trying to force this stuff.

Spielberg didn't speak out about Weinstein, per say, but he DID speak out about harassment issues overall.
