ALPHA should be The Villain in SEASON 9

Alpha is the leader of the Whisperers and she and her people become the next big villains after All Out War with Negan is finished. They're a group of people who wear the skin of walkers to both blend in with the herd and to avoid detection from people and the actual walkers. They've reverted back to a simpler, animalistic lifestyle, both basic human behavior and thinking. They're basically the Scavengers/Trash People and The Wolves from Season 6 rolled into one. Alpha has a daughter, Lydia, who's in a quasi-relationship with Carl in the comics, but since he's been killed off Lydia (and her role in the story) may not even happen (or she might appear, but will fawn over Henry instead after the two year time skip in Season 9, hell, she may even give herself to Enid if they make her a lesbian for some reason, they did it with Denise). Alpha alone is responsible for quite a few deaths from the communities later down the line, most notably Rosita and Ezekiel, which plunges Rick and the three communities, (excluding the Saviors who selfishly refuse to get involved) into war against Alpha and the Whisperers. Negan kills Alpha and her right hand man, Beta, takes command after that.
