8 ish Still my favourite Spider-Man movie.
Green Goblin: "But the one thing they love more than a hero is to see a hero fail, fall, die trying." It's funny how right he was.

Perhaps an 8 or a 9.
It's a very fun movie, plenty of funny moments without going overboard, the Spider-man costume I've always thought was fantastic. The characters were likable.
But mainly it has a special movie magic feel to it than not many movies have, things like Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park and the Raimi Spider-man movies all kinda had it.
On the down side, Green Goblin...was alright, a bit dated now probably and the costume wasnt very good except for the mask.
The action scenes were also decent but it wasn't really until the sequel did they have a worthy Spider-man fight scene.

Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man are not only the 2 best Spider-Man movies ever but the 2 best superhero movies featuring Marvel characters.

Well, before I'd have labeled it an 8...but nowadays I'd move it down to 6.

7.5/10.
I still greatly enjoy it the film and I don't think anyone will ever do Spider-Man's origin story better than Raimi did, but the film is still a massive product of the Early 2000's and definitely hasn't aged as well as Spider-Man 2 (which is the real gem of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy).
And Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones (2002) which only came out a week and a half was the far superior film, IMO.

8/10. I love Tobey McGuire as Peter Parker/Spider-Man. The chemistry between Peter and Mary Jane was great, and the upside-down kiss is an all-time classic. The visual effects haven't held up too well, and some of the dialogue is a little cheesy.

Aside from the out dated CGI and Green Goblin suit, it's a pretty solid origin film.

5/10- I'm that guy that didn't like it. For me it aged horribly, it's the least rewatchable out of all Spiderman movies
