I'm technically a non-dairy pescetarian who cheats on special occasions (fancy restaurants, traveling or mom's briscuit). I can count on two hands how many times I eat meat, butter and/or cheese in any given year.

None of the above.
I love vegetarian food due to the complexity care taste and texture of the variety of all those lovely veges fruits, eggs dairy, pulses, breads, pastas rices and all good things, however I often add ( 3-4 times a week) a little chicken pork lamb or fish. I only eat beef if it is ground as in spaghetti bolognaise.
I HATE going out to restaurants where the meal is defined by the meat and you have to either pay extra for veges and there is too much of it.

Went 90+ percent vegetarian for 4 years - ate some fish. Mainly due to a workshop where I had only vegetarian food a felt good, and reading Diet For a New America.
Even in CA, it was a pain in the ass at the time. Also had a steak in there due to a trip to Nashville. Missed it too much. Gradually started back on chicken, then beef. Now it's most all meat, though I eat a lot less junk meat and nitrite meats.

Meat eater but would love to be a vegetarian and maybe one day vegan. Not sure if I can do it since I'm such a picky eater.
