i liked it. quite a lot. its a sad story overall but its executed rether well. not overwritten like some of ritchies latest movies. i just wish they stuck closer to the truth as always.
also Henry Cavill would make a great bond.
7/10

I binge-watched all three seasons of Shrill on the weekend. Pretty honest and funny, and a bit raunchy at times. i tried but coukdnt get past first season. she is too unlikeable for me to continue to watch. too bad because i really liked her on SNL.

Wasn't too keen on it. The best bits were of the main dude and he parents. I especially liked the part where he realizes his dad could hear him crying in his bedroom because of bullying, but the dad never did or said anything to comfort him. overall, 7/10 i loved those bits the best as well ❤️

What a wonderfuly kooky movie.
Something Wes Anderson could once again beif he dialed down his overstyled nonsense.
This movie has unique visual elements and offbest humor and intensity that kept me entertained.
Tilda is awesome as always and what a great pairing they are with Julio Toress, the actor writor direct.
8/10.
Ps: reminds me of Sorry to Bother you in its delightful weirdness.

Good movie but dont expect Cage to be the lead, he is barely in it I hate when marketing lies like that. But once you get over that, its a very solid entry into the monster apocalypto world. 7/10 the monsters feel both ripped off (quiet place meets aliens meets jurassic park) and wonderfully unoque and over the top and thats part of its charm my one gripe (next to cage being barely there) is THEY WOULD HAVE A NAME for them after 15 years, come on. They wouldnt say “those things”. Pff.

I loved it. 8/10 from me.
I was entertained the whole time, my eyes glued on Kristen Stewarts face, she is such a gifted actress for this type of a role, her ability to look tough and determined while vulnerable and fragile at the same time is unparalleled.
great soundtrack, awesome cast.
i could have done without the bathroom scene and some of the gory shots but still, very good movie.
lesbian romance/ thriller movie done right. not like the stupid drive away dolls.

I am still rooting for Spacey to make a comeback the world had done him dirty. No convinction no nothing yet he has been shunned for years now and lost So Much money and time because all of it it simply seems unfair.
Here is to Kevin getting back in front of cameras in Good movies.

so bad so bad so bad couldnt last till the end i just couldnt. its PROBABLY enjoable for kids and teen boys MAYBE some early twenties? But i struggle to imagine even that. bad story no characters no interesting action no or bad humor no interesting actors feels just so empty. ok for 8-12 yos who like monsters i guess. but it has zero original king kong charm and subzero original godzilla charm.

As far as Statham movies go this was pretty extra in places. My parents and I enjoyed this one alot. Poor Phylicia Rashad's character... oh really? i couldnt take it. maybe if i hadnt seen John Wick franchize… i did like the bees though

It sucks to see one of my favorite directors of all time leave an all-time directorial pairing with his brother to make movies with his bisexual wife that clearly wants to be with women rather than him. Hopefully this doesn't permanently sour you on Ethan Coen. From what I've read, it seems his "wife" walked all over him to make this movie how she wanted. ah didnt know that. i will give him a chance again yes but hoping they will reunite with his brother.

I am still so frustrated with some of my friends with kids had to come here and say that. Month between replies is not accepteble while pretending (insisting on) they are still my friends. and these are not people with newborns but people with kids 10-16.
i gotta learn how to deal with it/ let go.

the bad ones are awful but the good ones allow me to meet and hug the people from my life who have passed and i wouldnt give that up…they are so real. i can feel hug, smell, hear, see, touch them … its amazing. The problem with that is waking up. It's better to be relieved that it was just a dream than to be disappointed. oh not for me. i live and long for those dreams. its quite amazing. i never get to hug my sister anymore otherwise. i may wake up crying yes but i still have the experience so real in my brain that i cherish it as if it actually happened and am grateful for it. plus we talk in my dreams and i love the dialogue its often very thought provoking.
