Only it won't be quite the same as it was before. There'll be a reasonable cooling-off period and then somebody will say: "Why don't we try him again in an inexpensive format. People's memories aren't too long."

Those animated episodes were so well-written, it's really a shame the animation couldn't have been better. Yeah, the animation could have been better, but the episodes were so well-written that I'm willing to overlook that. I'd say the overall quality of the scripts in TAS exceeded that in Season 3 of TOS.
