It's difficult to say. It was so long ago that I don't recall every song they played. And there were a few I didn't recognize. It was the Paradise Theatre tour, so the stage was decorated to look like the album cover. My wife was a bigger fan and they played a lot of the songs both of us were hoping to hear. It was a pretty good show. It was a modest venue which was sold out. Probably about 10,000 satisfied fans. The songs I do remember were...
Suite Madame Blue Mademoiselle The Grand Illusion Fooling Yourself (The Angry Young Man) Come Sail Away Miss America Blue Collar Man Renegade Babe Too Much Time on My Hands Rockin' the Paradise
I'm a bit jealous that you got to see McCartney.
Thanks for letting me know about that. Paul McCartney was amazing to see live and he sang a lot of his Beatles and Wings hits along with a few of his solo songs. I would have liked to have seen him even more with Linda McCartney and Denny Laine when he was in Wings 'cause I am a big fan of Wings and like his Wings songs even more than his Beatles songs but the show was a lot longer than I expected it would be and was worth the wait.

Yeah. Triumph would be awesome to see live. They got back together around a decade ago when they were inducted in the Canadian Hall of Fame and they played a couple of shows in Canada and released an album full of re-recordings of their greatest hits which included a cover of 'The Everly Brothers' song, 'Love Hurts' but they sadly didn't release any new material after that and broke up again. White Lion also got back together around the same time and released a new album but I think they broke up again 'cause Mike Tramp is releasing solo albums. Helloween still tours a lot though and frequently releases albums but while I don't mind Andi Deris I would much rather see them with Michael Kiske. Yeah I remember they played the Rocklahoma fest in 2008. I have the bootleg on cd. Crappy sound quality though. Oh well. There was a show I went to in 2007 I think it was that had Poison headlining, with Ratt, and White lion opening up. Sadly White lion did not make it that night so they threw in a replacement. They never came back again so I never saw them. But I did see Mike Tramp do a solo acoustic set at a bar last year and I enjoyed that. Helloween is coming to my area in the fall I think. My friends are going and I guess I could still go if it's not sold out. Crappy sound quality is sadly a problem with Bootlegs but the worst is when you try to watch concerts on You Tube and there are lot of live videos of the bands I want to see on You Tube but the sound quality is so bad it is just not worth watching them. One band I really like and think are HUGELY underrated are Harem Scarem and I have a lot of their albums and judging by the bands you like I think you might like them too. Jayhn1111. Here are some of their songs.

I am the same way Deb. Tons of music a big collection, etc... I shall check those bands out you mentioned I have a lot of CDs, records and cassettes and I bought a lot of the albums I have on records and cassettes on CDs again 'cause I listen to CDs the most and could add them to my Media Player and IPod. I was keeping a list of all the albums we own and it is well over 5000 now but I am months at least a year behind updating it and will have to add all the albums I got last year when I have some free time. Wow you got me beat Deb. I got about 2,000 I think. I got rid of most of my tapes because I replaced them on cd. But I went full digital so all my stuff is converted to apple lossless for my iPod and I'll probably just trash all my cd's eventually. Or sell some. It was a long process but I did make a list of everything.

I will say I do have a lot of high quality soundboard bootlegs so I can't complain. Mostly of Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Van Halen, Black Sabbath, and Dio, which are my top favorites. But this band you posted sounds really good Deb. I dig their style. It's got a lot of 80's style riffs in there and the songs are real good. By the way, here is the fest I'm going to in May. I can't wait for this. Not their strongest fest lineup but pretty good. m3rockfest.com/lineup

It was a long process but I did make a list of everything. I kept a lot of my cassettes and records when I got them on CD but I have them packed away in boxes and rarely ever get them out. We actually have a lot of things packed away in boxes here and going through them is an adventure sometimes 'cause we find things we forgot we owned and I have accidentally bought a few things from the shops thinking that I didn't own them and found them in a box a few weeks later. Some things I have doubled up on I have given away as presents though so they don't go to waste. I haven't gone full digital yet. I ripped a lot of my albums on to my Media Player and converted them over to I Tunes to put on my IPod and I buy a lot of albums on I Tunes but there are some albums by artists and bands I like to buy in physical form to go with my collection especially when I own a lot of albums by certain artists and bands on CD. I have an IPod Classic that has 160 gbs and I am disappointed Apple never made a bigger one 'cause I have to wipe it when I get new albums and I remember reading there were plans for a 240 or 360 but they must have dropped them. Instead of trashing all your CDs you should try selling them on Ebay or to a pawn shop. There are some rare albums that people are willing to pay a lot of money for on Ebay in physical form. I have some rare albums and EPs by Carrie Underwood, Katrina Elam, Sarah Buxton, Liz Phair, Shannon Brown, Lindsey Haun and 7th Fall that a worth a lot.

Harem Scarem are a great band and they have a lot of albums out and are still releasing albums now but they are sadly not as well known as some other bands and only had three big hits on the radio here. The lead singer, Harry Hess also has solo albums out and is the lead singer of another band called 'First Signal.' The band, 'Rubber' was Harem Scarem under a different name and they released 2 albums under that name playing a different style of music that was more Pop Rock than Melodic Rock and they went back to using their old name when they decided to revert to their original style. Thanks for the link to the festival. I know a lot of those bands and have albums by Ace Frehley, Night Ranger, Nelson, Kix, Marshall Tucker Band, Queensryche, Last In Line, Slaughter and Lynch Mob and if I remember correctly Last In Line started out as a tribute band to Ronnie James Dio and has some of the members of his old band and Lynch Mob is George Lynch's band but I heard he is back together with Dokken along with Jeff Pilson who has been in Foreigner so is he still with the band?

Oh so you did the double purchase on some stuff. Yeah with a collection as big as yours, I can see that happening Deb. I am at the point where I don't remember everything I have also. I'd have to refer to my list to see if I have certain albums. I will probably keep the official cd's I have. Tons of my stuff were burned cd's from copies people made me or download purchases from years ago and also from a torrent sharing site I used for years. So those are basically garbage to me since I have it all backed up to data discs and an external hard drive. I have also wondered about them coming out with an IPOD that has more space on it. I have the 160 gbs IPOD also. It works fine for me because I just sync like 150 albums on to it and that lasts me for about 4 months to listen to it all, and then I load in the next batch of albums when I'm done. But I am definitely past the point of wanting stuff in physical format. It just takes up too much space and fills up all these cabinets lol.

Yeah I love that kind of music that Harem Scarem plays. It's funny how certain types of music sell in different parts of the world and some not so much. I guess it's always been that way. I saw last in line last year and they were real good doing the Dio stuff and they played a few of their own tracks which sounded real good. So I'm looking forward to seeing them again. As far as George Lynch goes, I read a recent article on Blabbermouth. What I gathered from it was that they're just looking forward to possibly doing some more reunion shows in 2019. They did some shows with Lynch in Japan, and one other in California so they may get together in the future. To be honest, I'm not too confident that that'll even happen. They've talked about reuniting before and it didn't happen other than a couple of shows. But either way I love Dokken and love Lynch Mob. Though I am disappointed the other vocalist is out but I think Robert Mason will be fine though. I have not heard anything about Jeff Pilson so I'll have to look that up. I am seeing Foreigner in June so I'm looking forward to that.
