I have not heard every album/release by Japan/David Sylvian but they seemed to share a bit of the same "concept" or ways of going away from pop-stardom then turned into more of an ambiant/jazz-prog style, specially Sylvian and his solo work. I am ashamed to say so, but I have not given Mark Hollis and his solo album that much of attention. I own it but somehow I have not listened to it for years now, but I am planning on going through every Talk Talk release someday soon, and it would be fun to finishing it off by hearing again his 1998 release. Anyway, thanks for your reply and bringing that record up.
