To be fair, I think 'Green Arrow' was more fun in 'Smallville' and his scenes with Hawkman were hilarious and one of my favourite moments on that show. 'Smallville' had a lot of fun versions of superheroes but 'Arrow' went for a more dark and serious tone 'cause they believed it would appeal to more people.
