So last night we had an episode of Supergirl that promised we would see our heroine in an epic adventure on Mars. Well the parts on Mars were not epic but they were pretty good. Unfortunately half of the episode took place back on Earth where we were subjected to watching the Maggie and Alex soap opera show (UGH!). This is supposed to be a comic book superhero action show, not a soap opera.
I won't even get into the political pandering which was so forced and out of place that it didn't even match the world building that the show has created up until now.
So, if you DVR's it skip the parts on Earth and just watch the parts on Mars and you will have an enjoyable experience.
