Well if using a measuring stick based on some of the worst acting i have seen in decent name movies and some of the best it's pretty safe to say she's neither extreme. but then again i can't really say she's 'a good actress' either.
with all of that said... i would go with a 6/10 as if you keep her in certain roles (basically she's limited to action roles) they are enjoyable enough and being i am a guy and she's a bit hot that helps boost her overall presence a bit.
but on the lower side... i don't think someone could give her lower than a 4/10, especially if she's in a role that suits her.
basically for what she does, which is action oriented roles, i would say all-in-all a 6/10 but if she was in a non-action movie and there was more dialog etc she's probably a 5/10 AT BEST (basically average at best) and could easily be lower and i would not fault someone for saying she's below average in that dept.
p.s. my favorite movie she appeared in... Haywire (6/10).
