He's got Luthor, Brainiac, interchangeable Kryptonian Enemies (Jax-Ur and Zod)....after that they're just generic space conquerors (Mongul) and useless villains like Toyman and Prankster. It's one reason why the higher ups at DC eventually made Darkseid more of a Superman enemy, the other reason being that Orion isn't that great a protagonist for the New Gods storyline.

There is one of the differences between the 2 companies.

I never feel the need to define Marvel heroes by their villains.
Spiderman rocks on his own.
Thor is the God of Thunder

I define them by their struggles.
Spiderman never seems to catch a break.
Doctor Strange is the chief magical protector of earth.
Cap has a strong moral compass
