If the Gods can create a "magical" mist or fog that hides the entire island of Themyscira and a "magic" lasso that compels anyone to tell the truth, why do you MCU fans think it's impossible for the Gods to create a boat that can travel long distances in a short time? why did the gods give them super fast magical boats if they were never meant to leave the protection of the island? what exactly is the need for a super speedy sail boat when theres no need to go more than a mile off shore? Diana is the Godkiller. Her destiny is to defeat Ares. Zeus hid Themyscira from outsiders with a "magical" mist or fog. So Zeus wasn't expecting Diana to wait her entire life for Ares to find Themyscira and then come to Themyscira to battle Diana. Zeus was expected Diana to be trained and when she was ready, leave Themyscira to find Ares and defeat Ares. So Zeus' plan was for Diana to use the boat when she left Themyscira. That's why Zeus would give the Amazons a boat with divine powers, in addition to a lasso with divine powers. Like I said before, this isn't unusual in Greek mythology. The Gods also gave Perseus a helmet that makes the wearer invisible. Also though they gave mortals gifts those gifts do have limitations, Steve could resist the lasso to an extent it wasn't like it turned him into a robot unable to not try and keep things secret, the protection of the island is limited to, it's not impossible to reach it's merely shrouded by fog, not even surrounded by hard to navigate rock formations making accidentally sailing through the fog to the island unlikely. Also your magic boat defence doesn't explain why as I said if the thing could move like a speedboat why they needed to hitch a ride with a tugboat only capable of going around 15-20mph You just said the gifts from the Gods have limitations. Now you're asking why the boat had the limitation of needing to be tugged up the Thames?
