Anybody have a favorite character who the writers just crapped on time and time again with messages that everything was his or her fault or one you couldn't stand because he or she was too charmed and could never be called wrong? Even weirdly when events on the show or history completely contradicted with what the messages are narrating?
I was so sick of hearing Lynette Scavo on Desperate Housewives was an emasculating shrew and control freak and Poor Tom never got his way. They were both control freaks. I've never seen a husband who is supposedly as hen pecked and has to check his balls like the message always was when it came to Tom get his way so often. Never seen someone who was supposed to be such a harpy cave in to hubby's whims so often. It seriously got to the point where she couldn't open her mouth without that label being flung at her.
