Raging Bull is exceptionally well-crafted but cold and unengaging. Hard to relate to a slob.
I don't think it's that difficult to relate to feelings of jealousy and insecurity. Maybe not at the level Jake shows, but still.. I do like the brief scene where he tries to reconcile with Joey.
