Definitely the Fog... Wow, great film!
Used Cars is my favorite all time comedy, but Airplane is a close second. Both came out the same year... Caddyshack and Blues Bros. too (no, not 2, that was terrible).
The Shining was a great film although I prefer the book.
Guyana Tragedy: The Story of Jim Jones - great TV film about a terrible tragedy. Powers Booth was excellent.
Empire Strikes Back of course.
Flash Gordon (of course Ted made me view the film in a different light)
Friday the 13th
Any Which Way You Can
Xanadu
Popeye - loved this film even today. Brings some laughs and I remember the lyrics to most of the songs
Breaker Morant
Somewhere in Time
Little Darlings - (Why isn't this out on bluray?)
Seems Like Old Times
The Stunt Man
Urban Cowboy (filmed right down the street from my parent's house)
He Knows You're Alone - minor Halloween copycat slasher but was Tom Hanks first role in a Hollywood film
The Blue Lagoon
Smokey and the Bandit Part II - vastly inferior to the first one, but it's one of the first films I remember seeing at the movie theater (actually drive in) - solidified my love for 2nd generation Pontiac Trans Ams though
The Sea Wolves - pretty good WW2 film about a forgotten accomplishment. Gregory Peck, Roger Moore and David Niven are good as usual
