One of these days, I'm intending to see this one in its entirety (I've only seen clips), just to judge how bad (or not) it is for myself. After the constant critical pillorying since its release, I'm sure it will be slightly better than I'm expecting--maybe? Possibly? Clinging (with apologies to Thayer) to that hope which springs eternal in the human breast? Armond White's [contrarian, naturally] review of it was quite interesting, I must say, though I confess that the principles he articulated are not in accord with my views on superhero movies.
