1 looks great but without mayo. 2 and 3 as well, unless that's American Cheese on 3.
Patties are too thin on 4 and needs to lose the mayo/sauce. And I prefer fresh jalapenos to pickled.
I wouldn't touch 5 if I were tortured! Disgusting.
