Yes, I think Rivera is kind of weak in terms of handling Newton. He should tell him "cut the crap or I'll bench you." Never had the guts to do so, then whiny baby Cam does whatever he wants. Disgraceful.

Not true. Rivera benched Newton for one play for violating the team's dress code. This man rules with an iron fist.
