In 2008 the Steelers beat the Ravens three times, including in the AFC Championship game (sealed with a Polamalu pick six), before winning the Super Bowl. Defeating the Ravens three times was sweeter than the actual title.  i like this answer. birds smoke the cowboys 3 times - making it to the super bowl by pasting them in the NFC Championship game and then lose the Super Bowl? i can't complain........... Eagles vs any of Rams/Seahawks/Vikings/Saints would be incredible NFC title games! |
