Not true. Rivera benched Newton for one play for violating the team's dress code. This man rules with an iron fist.

Yeah, I forgot, there was that one occasion, and for just one play, right? Once, with all that Cam does? Like skipping the press conferences, disparaging a female reporter, annoying the hell out of the opponents, throwing tantrums at this head coach, being generally a dick and an immature asshole... and he gets one play of benched time!

I wouldn't call that, an iron fist. Oh wait, I guess you were being sarcastic. Sometimes it's hard to get sarcasm without the tone of voice and with a sort of neutral smiley.

But yes, if Rivera had an iron fist, Cam wouldn't be the jerk he's been.
