I'm not sure if they are talking about the same person. The thread began in 2002, but the comment about Kate Kelton is from 2005. Kate Kelton's imdb page lists the Tic Tac Ad work being in 2005. Of course, she might have been doing the ads since 2002. Here is a Tic Tac ad from 2002, it could be Kate, but I'm not 100% it is her. Her hair is different and the model looks darker, but this could just be the lighting. It's possible this is the model they were referring to in the thread from 2002:

Thanks for that. Though even if they weren't talking about the same person, at least we've managed to narrow down the ad's beginnings to early/midway through the 2000's. However, now you've got me wondering who the woman in that ad you linked to is! I'm pretty sure it's not Kate Kelton.
To me she looks like Erica Cerra from Eureka and The 100...
