The only thing I don't like about this is calling these women "brave" for coming forward now. You know what would have been brave? Coming forward when you had something to lose. Yes, if the allegations are true it's a terrible thing. But the women didn't say anything, got famous, became established stars and made millions. What's the risk if, say, Charlize Theron comes forward now? Nothing. But if someone said something years ago maybe it would have spared others from having to go deal with it. Brave. Don't make me laugh. A brave Woman would immediately walk out the door the minute one of the sleazy Hollywood execs tried to get her to put out for a job. Putting out for a job, then coming back later after someone already blew the whistle is opportunist. I agree. It would of been brave if they had forsaken their chances at a career for the time being to blow the whistles on these pieces of shit but instead they weighed their options and "whored" themselves out to the Hollywood machine. They keep quiet for years, then things finally boiled over with the Weinstein case and they come crawling out of the wood work. Since this is Hollywood we are talking about, the business of the self centered and egotistical, I believe some of these Women are just coming forward for the money or the media attention. Others were too afraid and guilty of what they did that they needed someone else to break the ice on the subject. Yes, they could of saved a lot of people a lot of grief if they came forward about the advances. It's sad, but this shit has been going on in Hollywood for over a hundred years now. We will never know how many Women were put in these situations, but in today's society where Women have equal rights, compared to how it was back in the "good old days" there is no excuse. The stories are just going to keep on coming. Some of them will be true, some of them will be embellished to make the Woman look more tragic. Hollywood is scum!
