I just saw Ragnarok for the 2nd time, and all of the plot development and humor works even better the second time. Specifically with the humor, I don't mean that you laugh more, but that the lines work as lines of dialogue. They are things that would happen, and things that those characters would say, and that is when humor works best, when it's real, and it still sounds good even after you've heard it 100x and the laugh value has faded.
I loved this film even more the second time. I love the Matt Damon and Sam Neil cameos. I loved the Ares and Beta Ray statues. I love how Heimdal was absolutely crucial in stalling Hellas attempt to wreak havoc, as he's the only reason she didn't go around destroying everything before Thor got back to stop her.
I definitely encourage you to go check it out again. My theater was virtually full on a Tuesday.
