We do have kosher McDonald's in Israel and I've been to these places many times. They don't offer cheeseburgers or milkshakes with the meals, but the hamburgers (large and small) are just as good and they have the good french fries.

We've got pizza all over the place in Israel, but kosher pizza means no meat so they add things like olives, tomatoes, etc. My choice is always cheese pizza. Lots of restaurants offer it in addition to the pizza places (which are numerous). There are pizza chain restaurants and Mom-and-Pop pizza places.

We have Pizza Hut here, by the way, and I've seen Domino's Pizza (up north years ago).
