We've got pizza all over the place in Israel, but kosher pizza means no meat so they add things like olives, tomatoes, etc. My choice is always cheese pizza. I've eaten at McDonald's in the U.S. many times (while growing up in the U.S. and beyond) so I can tell you from experience that our kosher McDonald's are exactly the same except for not selling cheeseburgers (or Big Macs) and not selling milkshakes to go with the hamburgers.

We can't mix meat and milk, so McDonald's gives a meat meal.

One other difference is that we do have some big hamburger offerings that might be different since we can't sell a Big Mac here. I can't remember their names but I think they have "America" in the names.

They're just big hamburger sandwiches without being Bic Macs (which have cheese).
