It was definitely Grimaldi's I went to. If you're on a Broadway and don't see Patzeria, you're on the two wrong Broadways. lol. I found patzeria but just by the pics, it doesn't look appetizing. some of the 'regular' pies look like anything you would find in a regular dollar slice pizzeria. and I fail to understand how you an compare that type of pizzeria and pizza with grimaldi's. grimaldi's uses only wood fire. all the pies look the same [not with the toppings but they come out of the oven thin and crispy with parts of the edge crust a little burnt. with this place, like I said, run of them mill pizza. and just so that you know, THAT broadway begins at Union square which is east 17 street, then goes all the way up to the Bronx where the tip of Manhattan stops. then it goes all the way up through the Bronx and into Westchester and turns into route 9. it only becomes Albany post road when it reaches mount pleasant still being rt 9. and then it becomes rt 9 only in Ossining. and rt nine goes all the way up to champlain. Hey, don't judge a book by its cover. I wouldn't compare it to Grimaldi's. What I'd compare to Grimaldi's is toast with some light marinara spread and a few blots of mozzerella. I don't know if the cows were on strike when I went, but I like my pizza dripping with cheese. Lol. By Time Square, go down the street where they're showing Hamilton. It's right across the street next to Hotel Edison. That should narrow it down.
